Registered Office, Fresh Insurance Group LTD, Ladybird Suite, Burnt Meadow Road, Moons Moat Industrial Estate, REDDITCH, B98 9PA. Please see the 'Contact Us' page for more information. Our products and services are only available to UK residents who access this website from within the UK. Using this website to apply for insurance, means that you confirm that you are over 18 years old (17 years old for car insurance) and are not impersonating another person. We aim to offer very competitive insurance but not everybody will be eligible to take out some of our insurance products. We reserve the right to refuse to offer you a firm quote if you are not eligible for this insurance.
Ladybird Insurance is authorised by each of the insurers on their panel to arrange insurance on your behalf (subject to your meeting insurers' requirements). The ABI code of conduct specifies that we must advise you of the basis on which we transact business. We make a charge of up to £25 for arranging an insurance policy and this is included in the premium quoted to you. We will be pleased to advise you of our commission earnings, upon request. We would point out that, in the event of you cancelling your annual policy, certain insurance companies will apply short period rates which can be the number of months on cover plus an additional three months premium. Our ten-month instalment scheme includes a charge of 12% plus a £20 arrangement fee (which is included in any monthly terms quoted to you). Instalments will be collected until the full premium is paid. In the event of cancellation or adjustment that results in a return premium, then this will be used to reduce any outstanding amount on credit. In the event of cancellation you may have further instalments due to settle your credit account, which will be collected under the continuous credit agreement that you will have entered into. In the unfortunate circumstance of you having to make a claim or being involved in an incident that may result in a claim being made against you, it is your duty to advise us, or your insurance company, without delay, and forward any correspondence received immediately. Failure to comply with this may result in your insurer's position being prejudiced and they may look to you for recompense. In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with your insurance policy or our service then please contact us in the first instance. If we are unable to resolve your query to your satisfaction then a more formal complaints procedure will be found in your policy documentation.

Our panel of insurers may exchange information with other insurers through various databases to help them check information provided by you and also to prevent fraudulent claims. We would also advise you that all insurers supply details of motor insurance policies to a database to which the police and other insurers have access. This helps detect people who break the law by not taking out insurance and insurers to pursue claims following accidents. In the event of a claim, the information you supply and the claim form, together with other information relating to the claim, may be put on the Registers. It is an offence under the Road Traffic Act to make any false statement or withhold any material information for the purpose of obtaining a certificate of insurance.

We will not collect personal information about you unless you have chosen to give it us. Please do not give us information if you do not want it collected. We may use information we have collected about you for improving customer service and to respond to your queries.
If you proceed to apply for cover by selecting a quotation offered to you, and provide credit/debit card payment details for verification by us, then you should be aware that we have taken steps to protect your confidential payment information from disclosure to third parties.

If you are paying for your insurance policy on monthly direct debit and have a claim you are required to continue paying your monthly direct debit payments or to settle the outstanding balance in full. Failure to do so may result in your claim not being settled by the insurer until the payment for the policy has been received.
